Ahmed Hamri

Ahmed Hamri is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and transformation within the OCP Group since February 2014, holding roles such as Chargé de mission for the Chairman & CEO Office and Director of the Operating Model CoE in the Transformation Office. Responsibilities include assisting General Management and Business Units with agile management projects, designing the new Operating Model, and managing change across various functions, including Chemical plants, Mines, and Digital Office. Prior experience includes positions at Kurt Salmon as Consultant CIOA Advisory, Societe Generale as IT Business Consultant, and roles in auditing and IT engineering. Ahmed holds an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School and an Engineer's degree in Computer Science from INSA Lyon, along with additional education in Mathematics and Computer Science from Chalmers University of Technology.
