Ghita Dounnasr

Ghita Dounnasr is an experienced professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and partnerships, currently serving as the M&A and Partnerships Senior Lead for OCP Nutricrops since December 2018. Ghita has held various roles within the organization, including M&A and Partnerships Lead, Manager, and Senior Analyst. Prior to OCP Group, Ghita worked at EY as a Senior Consultant in Transaction Advisory Services from September 2015 to November 2018, and gained experience at KPMG France as an Auditeur Financier for industrial products in early 2015. Ghita holds a Master Grande Ecole in Finance d'entreprise from NEOMA Business School and another Master Grande Ecole in Finance d'entreprise from Groupe ISCAE, with foundational education at ENCG-SETTAT.
