Hassan Abahrouz

Hassan ABAHROUZ has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Hassan currently holds the position of Head of Talent Management - Specialty Products & Solutions at OCP Group, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior HR Development Manager at OCP Group from January 2021 to December 2023. Hassan also served as a Senior HR Business Partner at OCP Group from October 2016 to December 2020.

Before their tenure at OCP Group, Hassan worked briefly as the Head of HR for North & West Africa at Hilti from May 2016 to September 2016. Prior to that, they had a long-lasting association with Orange, where they held various roles including Senior HR Business Partner from April 2014 to April 2016, HR Business Partner from September 2011 to March 2014, and Responsable Organisation RH from September 2010 to September 2011.

Hassan's career started with an internship at Centrale Laitière, where they worked as an Assistant Development RH from May 2008 to August 2008. Hassan also gained experience as a Consultant RH at CC&T, Conseil en Management RH, Paris, from April 2009 to March 2010.
