Ilyas Rakhis

Ilyas RAKHIS has extensive experience in leadership roles within OCP Group, serving as Chief Integrated Mines Officer for the OCP-Strategic Business Unit "Mining" since January 2011, and previously holding positions such as Vice President of Supply Chain & Business Steering, Head of Industrial Supply Chain, and Director of Business Steering. Prior to joining OCP Group, Ilyas RAKHIS worked as a risk manager at BMCE BANK from 2007 to 2009 and as an analyst at OCP SA from 2009 to 2010. Ilyas RAKHIS has pursued advanced education, completing an Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School in 2023, an Executive Program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2015, and a Corporate Governance certification from Sciences Po Executive Education in 2020, among other qualifications.
