Lionel Gilet

Lionel Gilet serves as the Vice President of R&D and Innovation - Global at OCP Group, beginning in October 2023. In this role, Lionel co-leads the development and execution of the innovation strategy and oversees the R&D portfolio, aiming to foster a culture of innovation and establish OCP as a knowledge leader in its field. Prior to OCP, Lionel worked at Cargill from April 2008 to January 2024, where roles included Innovation Ecosystem Lead and EMEA Starches, Sweeteners & Texturizers R&D Application Lead, focusing on managing innovative opportunities and customer-centric solutions. Lionel's earlier career includes positions at Danisco, Rhodia, and STALAVEN, with expertise in meat applications and production management. Lionel holds a degree from ENILV (1991-1993).
