Zainab Abdelouahab

Zainab Abdelouahab currently serves as a Chargée de mission focusing on talent and organizational development at OCP Group since September 2024. Prior to this role, Zainab worked at Halian as an Account Manager and Talent Acquisition team leader from September 2022 to June 2024. Zainab's experience also includes serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at INTELCIA between May 2021 and September 2022, where responsibilities included coordinating with hiring managers, managing the full recruitment cycle, and ensuring effective onboarding processes. Earlier roles included working as a Recruitment Consultant at Aston Associates (Maroc) and WASSEY, specializing in mid and top management recruitment across Africa and the Middle East. Zainab began their career as an Organizational Psychologist intern at Université Michel de Montaigne (Bordeaux 3), conducting studies on psychosocial risks. Zainab holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Université de Bordeaux.
