Harby Johaan Urrego León has work experience in multiple companies. Harby Johaan began their career as an Aprendiz de IT at MDY Contact Center & BPO in 2015, where they provided Helpdesk services for Claro Fijo. From July to December 2015, they configured workstations, monitored their functionality, and provided support for any issues.

In 2017, they joined SOAINT as a Consultor técnico semi senior. Harby Johaan primarily worked with Java and Oracle Identity Manager (OIM). Their responsibilities included providing consulting services for OIM, managing service requests, and patching OIM. Harby Johaan also worked with clients such as Previsora Seguros and Colombiana de comercio (Corbeta).
