Josefina Eizayaga's work experience includes positions at various companies. Josefina is currently employed as the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) at OCP TECH since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Optimum Agriculture FL LLC as the General Counsel from January 2017 to October 2022, where they provided legal counsel on agriculture, H2A workers, and real estate matters. Josefina also served as a liaison between different business units and affiliated offices in Latin America, Europe, and the United States.

In addition, Josefina worked at EOG Resources as a Contracts Manager from November 2011 to September 2016, managing contractual aspects and personnel for the company's project in Argentina. Josefina previously worked as a Legal Counsel at Greater Boston Legal Services, where they advised on tax filings, unemployment insurance, and debt renegotiation for low-income families. Josefina also worked on bill projects presented before the State Legislature.

Before that, they served as a Senior Associate at Alliani & Bruzzon, providing external advice to major energy companies in Argentina on various matters, including marketing and transportation agreements, regulatory issues, and government relations. Josefina represented international companies in bid rounds and counseled them on regulations and cross-border investments.

Josefina's earlier experience includes working as an Associate at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP.

Josefina Eizayaga began their education at the University of Buenos Aires in 1995, where they pursued a degree in Law. Josefina completed their law degree in 2002. Following this, in 2006, they participated in the Graduate Program in Oil & Gas Law at the University of Buenos Aires.

In 2010, Josefina attended the Boston University School of Law, completing a Master of Laws (LLM) degree with a focus on International Business in 2011.

Aside from their formal education, they also obtained two certifications. In 2013, they were granted the NY State Bar certification by the New York State Courts. Later, in 2018, they obtained the Authorized House Counsel certification from The Florida Bar.
