François Trimouille

François Trimouille currently serves as the Head of Structuring CLO, ABS, and ILS at AXA Investment Managers since April 2021, having previously held a senior structurer position in Alternative Credit. Prior experience includes a tenure at HSBC from May 2007 to March 2021, focused on structured finance, origination, and execution of structured credit transactions, particularly in financing illiquid assets across various European countries. François Trimouille began the career with internships and roles at the French Embassy, Total SA, CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, progressively building expertise in finance and taxation. François Trimouille holds a Master's degree in Management with a specialization in Finance and Tax Law from HEC Paris and a Professional Master's in International Taxation from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
