Glen Pleffer

Glen Pleffer has worked in various roles since 2000. Glen began as a Graphic Designer / Copywriter at Innovations Group in 2000. Glen then moved to D&D Technologies in 2006, where they were a Copywriter / Marketing Communications Executive. In 2009, they became a Copywriter / Web Content Manager at Cengage Education. In 2010, they worked at both NSW Business Chamber as a Digital Content Manager and Kaplan Professional (Australia) as a Brand Project Manager. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Australian Business Consulting & Solutions as a Senior Project Manager and Digital Content and Project Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Delivery at OCR Labs since 2022.

Glen Pleffer has completed a PMI-ACP Training from the Project Management Institute, is currently enrolled in a Diploma of Leadership and Management from TAFE NSW, holds a BA in Communications from the University of Technology Sydney, a Certificate in Direct Marketing from the Australian Direct Marketing Association, and is a Finalist from the AWARD School. Additionally, they obtained their PMI-ACP certification in February 2018.
