Jai Washington has been in the workforce for over 15 years. In 2006, they began their career as an Account Manager at Rainier Dispatch. In 2009, they moved to Cascade Corridor as a Dispatch Manager. In 2012, they joined Onlineshoes.com as a Customer Service Specialist. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Shoes.com, first as a Marketplace Merchandising Coordinator and then as a Customer Service Supervisor. Since 2018, Jai has been employed at Recurly, first as a Senior Technical Product Trainer, then as a Customer Enablement Manager, followed by a Tier III Technical Support Engineer, Tier II Technical Support Specialist, and Tier I Technical Support. In 2022, they began working at OCR Labs as a Customer Support Manager.
Jai Washington's education history includes attending Seattle Central College from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. Jai then attended The Art Institutes, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) in Graphic Design.
