Conor O'Donoghue

Conor O'Donoghue has a diverse and extensive work experience. Conor began their career in 2007 as the Head of Operations and Finance at AIB, where they managed budgeting, lending, equity valuations, and GAAP interpretation. Conor then moved on to Bank of America, starting as the VP of GWIM Finance and later becoming SVP of GBAM Finance. In these roles, they oversaw the financial performance of various business divisions and guided accounting, compliance, and financial reporting activities.

Conor also worked as a Fractional CFO and Independent Financial Strategy Consultant, providing strategic guidance to SaaS companies on investor relations, fundraising, and financial planning. Conor built financial models that raised approximately $15 million in equity funding and developed scalable accounting processes.

In the healthcare technology sector, Conor served as the Head of Finance/VP Finance at AiCure, where they led a cross-functional team and managed financial management, audit controls, and tax compliance.

Currently, Conor holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Ocrolus, a Series C fintech company. In this role, they oversee finance, legal, compliance, and security strategies, guiding a globally dispersed team.

Conor is also involved in various advisory and board positions. Conor is a Limited Partner at FiDi Ventures, a Founding Member at Pavilion and the F Suite, and serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for The Alliance for Positive Change.

Conor O'Donoghue has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering from University College Dublin, which they obtained in the years 1998 to 2002. In addition to their degrees, Conor has obtained additional certifications including a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from NYSSA in December 2010, a Certified Public Accountant certification from the New York State Education Department in 2007, and a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from Lean Six Sigma, obtained in 2012.
