Jared Batten

Jared Batten, CPA, CMA, currently serves as Senior Manager of Customer Experience - Strategy & Planning and previously held the position of Senior Manager of Logistics at OCS Ontario Cannabis Store since September 2019, where responsibilities included leading warehousing and logistics finance, expanding departmental staffing, and implementing strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at McDonald's Canada as Finance Manager for Planning & Analysis, overseeing approximately $100M in General & Administrative costs, and at Walmart Canada as Sr. Financial Analyst in eCommerce, focusing on multi-year financial planning and investment strategy development. Jared began a career as a Junior Accountant at Canada Cartage Logistics Solutions, contributing to financial modeling and acquisition processes. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Guelph and a Business Administration Diploma from Humber College.
