Rob Legge

Rob Legge is the Group Chief Executive Officer of OCS Group, overseeing a global workforce of 130,000 colleagues across 26 countries since March 2023. Previously, Rob served as Group CEO and Deputy CEO & COO at Atalian Global Services from May 2019 to March 2023, and as Global Chief Operating Officer. Rob's extensive experience in the facilities services sector spans over two decades, having joined Servest Group Limited in the mid-1990s as Managing Director before becoming Group CEO, a role held for nearly two decades. Throughout this career, Rob has established a strong presence in both commercial and corporate arenas.
