Scott Thorn Davis

Scott Thorn Davis currently holds the position of Group General Counsel at OCS Group since September 2020, overseeing legal operations for a major facilities management company. Previously, Scott served as a Senior Consultant Solicitor at Linklaters for a brief period in 2020, and before that, took a short career break after working as Deputy Group General Counsel and M&A Project Leader at Rentokil Initial. Earlier experience includes significant legal roles at DYWIDAG-Systems International Ltd. as Group General Counsel, and various positions at Imperial Chemical Industries Group, where Scott was General Counsel for the Global Adhesives Business Group. Initial legal experience was gained at Jones Day and DLA Piper. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Birmingham and a CPE & Law Society Finals qualification from the College of Law, Guildford.
