Ben Hankinson

Ben Hankinson is a seasoned professional in the hockey industry, currently serving as the Director of Player Representation for Octagon since 2006, specializing as an NHL Hockey Agent. Prior to this role, Ben was the President of SPS Hockey from 1998 to 2006, where Ben also focused on NHL player representation. Ben’s career in ice hockey began as a professional player from 1991 to 1998, during which time Ben played in the NHL for the New Jersey Devils and Tampa Bay Lightning, as well as with the Detroit Red Wings and Pittsburgh Penguins organizations. Ben also competed in the AHL with the Utica Devils, Albany Devils, and Adirondack Red Wings. Ben holds a degree in Marketing, Communications, and Psychology from the University of Minnesota, completed in 1991.
