Phil Carling

Phil Carling has over three decades of experience in the sports and marketing industries. Currently serving as Managing Director of Football at Octagon Worldwide since 2000, Phil also holds the position of Head of Football within the same organization. Previously, Phil worked as Commercial Director at The Football Association from June 1996 to September 2000 and as Marketing Director at Arsenal Football Club from 1989 to 1996. Earlier in the career, Phil was Group Head at ITV from 1981 to 1989. Phil graduated with a degree in Politics from the University of Leeds in 1978.
