Jouel Grafe

Jouel Grafe is a licensed Electrical Engineer with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as the Lead Electrical Engineer at OCTAL - an Alpek Polyester Business since January 2010. Jouel possesses extensive knowledge in electrical systems, including expertise in installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment, as well as in variable frequency drives and power systems. Prior to this role, Jouel worked as an Electrical Technician, focusing on HV/LV switchgear operation and equipment testing. Previous positions include R&D Engineer at MAY & CHRISTE Philippines Inc., where Jouel managed electrical installations, and Cadet Engineer at LightMaster Manufacturing Corporation, with responsibilities in production supervision and equipment testing. Jouel holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bulacan State University.
