Vinicius Fachinetto is the host and founder of Octanage, an executive search and recruitment company. Vinicius has also worked as a general manager for Job Space Creative and as a senior business development manager for Ciashop. Prior to their current roles, Fachinetto co-founded instant2.me and GoInternext, and worked in financial planning for Dell.
