Jessica Vann

Jessica Vann has over 15 years of experience in the recruiting and staffing industry. In 2010, they founded and became the CEO of Maven Recruiting Group, a high-impact, targeted, and results-driven boutique recruiting firm located in downtown San Francisco. In 2006, they were hired as an Account Director at a San Francisco Recruiting Firm, where they specialized in search execution and delivery for a variety of direct hire administrative positions. Jessica was a President's Club Recipient in 2006, 2007, and 2008. In 2004, they began their career at Fisher Investments as an Account Executive and was later promoted to the Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Department, specializing in placing sales and relationship management professionals. Jessica also hosts the podcast REACH - a podcast for Executive Assistants.

Jessica Vann received a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley in 2003, having started their studies there in 1998.
