Shirley Kelly

Shirley Kelly currently holds the position of Senior Director at Octane® since July 2019, having previously served as Director of Asset Recovery and Asset Recovery and Vendor Manager within the same company. Prior to Octane®, Shirley was employed by XPO Logistics, Inc. from October 2017 to 2019 as Credit & Collections-Outsourced Debt Supervisor, focusing on outsourced collections and vendor management. Before that, Shirley worked as an Associate Financial Representative at Strategic Legacy Partners from February 2016 to October 2017, where responsibilities included managing operations, reviewing client documentation, and developing vendor relationships. Shirley's extensive career started at Ally Financial in vendor management in January 1985 and continued until February 2016. Shirley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Sam Houston State University.
