Hakan Berggren

Hakan Berggren has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Hakan began their career at Procter & Gamble in 2001, where they served as the Head of IT/CIO for the Nordic division for eight years. Hakan then moved on to become the Section Head of Global IT at Procter & Gamble's Business Services division from 2009 to 2013.

In 2013, Hakan joined Skanska as the Head of Infrastructure Systems, where they were responsible for overseeing Infrastructure Operations, Identity & Access Management, Database platforms, and Infrastructure Architecture/PMO teams. Hakan remained in this role until 2018.

Since 2018, Hakan has been associated with Octapharma, initially taking on the position of Head of IT/CIO. In 2020, they temporarily served as the Acting Head of Finance & IT. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Corporate IT.

Throughout their career, Hakan has demonstrated their expertise in IT leadership, people development, and budget management.

Hakan Berggren has a background in Information Technology from Stockholm University, where they studied from 1991 to 1992. Prior to that, they completed a 4-year Technical Engineering Program at Åsö Gymnasium from 1982 to 1986. Additionally, Hakan has obtained several certifications in various fields such as CISSP, IASA Solution Architecture, ITIL Expert, PMP - Project Manager Professional, and MSP Certified Program Manager.
