Suzanne Gerrior

Suzanne Gerrior is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical writing, process compliance, and team management. Currently, Suzanne serves as a Team Lead Manager at Octasic since June 2021, while also working as a Process Compliance Specialist for the airline industry since October 2018. Prior to these roles, Suzanne was with SITA from September 2008 to August 2019 as a Lead Analyst for Service Improvement and Internal ISO 20000 Auditor, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Six Sigma. Additional experience includes technical documentation management and content development at Immersion Corporation, BigKnowledge Inc., Forensic Technology Inc., IATA, Softimage, and CAE Electronics. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Concordia University.
