Pam Schoenfeld oversees all global legal functions and music licensing for Octave Group and previously served as VP and General Counsel for TouchTunes. Prior to joining TouchTunes, Pam served as VP and Deputy General Counsel at DoubleClick Inc., and continued to serve after its acquisition by Google Inc. Her extensive legal experience also includes service with the law firms Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, as well as at the Office of the Mayor of the City of New York.
Pam is a graduate of Boston University and Fordham University School of Law.
