Jonathan Dubovsky

Jonathan Dubovsky is an accomplished executive currently serving as Executive Vice President at Octave Holdings and Investments since April 2024. Prior to this role, Jonathan was Managing Director at The Ardent Companies from October 2018 to April 2024, where oversight of Asset Management focused on value creation across various real estate platforms. Jonathan also held the position of Managing Director and Partner at TSCG from 2004 to October 2018, leading a team in providing advisory services for extensive retail properties across Georgia and Florida. Earlier career experience includes a role as Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from 2000 to 2004. Jonathan holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia and a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from AIU.
