Michelle Spencer

Michelle Spencer is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust career spanning over a decade in various leadership roles focused on recruitment. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Octave from November 2021 to March 2025, Michelle has previously held positions such as Senior Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager within the same company. Prior to Octave, Michelle was the Director of Talent Acquisition at Hopebridge for one year and served as Recruiting Manager at Total Spectrum, LLC for five years. Michelle began the career as a Human Resources Specialist at Skill Sprout, LLC. Educationally, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Illinois State University and an Associate of Arts in Bible/Biblical Studies from Lincoln Christian University.
