Pete Saunders

Pete Saunders is a Senior Technology Specialist at Octeum, specializing in the development and testing of custom solutions to enhance Access Control systems since August 2020. With prior experience as a QA/Tech Support Engineer at Avigilon from May 2012 to August 2020, Pete provided support and quality assurance for a Linux-based access control system. For six years, from March 2006 to August 2012, Pete served as a DBA at Cape Fear Webmasters, focusing on SQL Server administration and data management. Pete's career in access control began at MIC and Honeywell Security & Data Collection from 1997 to 2005. Pete holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, obtained from 1980 to 1984.
