Dan Greene

Dan Greene is a seasoned legal and operations professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Partner at Octillo since January 2019, Dan previously held the position of COO at Formarum Inc. from February 2018 to April 2020. Prior to that, Dan was the Director of Operations at 43North from March 2015 to March 2018 and a Senior Associate at Connors & Vilardo, LLP between September 2013 and February 2015. Dan began a legal career as an Attorney with the Federal Public Defender from May 2012 to August 2013 and gained foundational experience as a Law Clerk for Federal District Court Judge Federico A. Moreno from June 2011 to May 2012. Dan's legal expertise was further developed as a Staff Attorney at the Legal Aid Society from September 2008 to May 2011. Dan holds a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School (2005-2008) and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame (2000-2004).
