Rebecca Cohencious

As Director of Pricing, Rebecca Cohencious leads Octo’s Pricing Team on all bid pricing responses and corporate pricing process initiatives. She oversees the integration of pricing and pricing strategy across the full bid life cycle, from capture through award execution kickoff, to award expansion and recompetes. Rebecca’s 19 years of hands on experience in pricing and award delivery informs her price development and strategy today: by considering operational impacts, efficiencies, and compliance in execution, she provides Octo with high confidence pricing for optimal award delivery. Prior to joining Octo, Rebecca was Sevatec’s Director of Finance, where she managed day to day accounting, program control, and pricing activities, and was responsible for major deliverables and compliance items, including development of the annual operating budget, DCAA/DCMA annual submissions, and annual financial statement audits. Rebecca holds a B.A. in French Language and Literature from Texas Christian University.
