Rob Albritton

Rob Albritton is the current Senior Director of Al CoE at Octo. Prior to this, they served as Lead Machine Learning Engineer at MITRE from October 2018 to January 2020. In this role, they developed machine learning solutions in support of national security and served as a trusted AI innovation and adoption advisor to DoD and IC senior leaders. From April 2016 to October 2018, Albritton worked as Senior Artificial Intelligence Developer Relations Manager at NVIDIA. In this role, they were appointed NVIDIA technology mentor and liaison for geospatial intelligence community. Prior to NVIDIA, Albritton worked as Senior Engineer: GEOINT Automation at Chesapeake Technology International Corp from October 2015 to April 2016. In this role, they provided operator-focused technology solutions for military and security applications, including electronic warfare, C4ISR, tactical & unmanned systems, and training & simulation. From June 2008 to October 2015, Albritton served as Research Geospatial Engineer at U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC).

Rob Albritton has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, a Master's Degree in Military Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Geography and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from the University of Maryland.

Rob Albritton reports to Sujey Edward, CTO. Rob Albritton works with Cesar Tavares - Senior Director of Emerging Technology, Carl Eastley - Senior Director of IT Operations, and Matt Simon - Principal, Cloud & Infrastructure COE.
