Danielle Goede

Danielle Goede is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resource management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Wellness Facilitator at October Health since November 2023, Danielle has previously owned a business called Inner Peace in 2024. Notably, Danielle held leadership roles at Nestlé from February 2016 to October 2023, including Lead HRBP for Physical Logistics and Lead HR Business Partner, overseeing HR management at the Mossel Bay production facility. Previous positions include Regional HR Manager at Faurecia Emissions Control Technologies, HR Manager at Faurecia Exhaust System, and HR Consultant at Volkswagen of South Africa. Danielle holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Nelson Mandela University and completed the Nestlé Leadership Development Programme at GIBS Business School in 2018, along with a 360 Feedback Certification focused on leadership development.
