Dave Blakey

Dave Blakey is the Chief Technology Officer at October Health, previously known as Panda. He is also an Angel Investor at LoadForge and was the CEO at Snapt for ten years. As the CTO of Opteq International, he led the technical development and design of products that generated over $10m in revenue. Additionally, he was a Partner at Kinetiq Web Movement, focusing on web-based product development and management. Dave has a strong educational background in computer science, mathematics, and networking.
