Phil Merdinger

Phil Merdinger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the consulting industry, currently serving as a Partner at October Three Consulting since June 2019. Prior to this, Phil was a Partner at Mercer for over four decades, from June 1978 to May 2019, where responsibilities included building and leading offices, practices, and major client relationships. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Actuarial Mathematics from the University of Michigan, obtained between 1974 and 1977.
