Adam Bauer

Adam Bauer is an experienced professional in the packaging and distribution field, currently serving as the Learning and Development Coordinator at Octopi since July 2021. Bauer has a strong background in packaging management, having previously held positions such as Packaging Manager and Packaging Quality Manager at Octopi, where responsibilities included onboarding key personnel and overseeing the installation of new production lines. With additional experience as a Lead Machine Operator at Tribe 9 Foods and various roles focused on operational efficiency and team leadership, Bauer has developed expertise in inventory tracking, quality assurance, and process optimization. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Educational Studies from Macalester College.
