Amjad Beainy

Amjad Beainy is a distinguished technology executive with extensive experience in cybersecurity and technical management. As Co-Founder and CTO at Octopus CyberSecurity since April 2021, Amjad Beainy has leveraged a solid foundation built during previous roles, including Technical Manager and Security Specialist at Fireware, where responsibilities included the implementation of security projects and product presentations. Prior roles span various technical positions, starting as a Local Resident Engineer at Libanica, where Amjad Beainy supported partners and provided technical advisement. Noteworthy achievements include becoming the first Packeteer Certified Instructor in the Middle East and North Africa through extensive training and coordination of certification classes. Amjad Beainy holds a Master's degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from the American University of Beirut and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Beirut Arab University.
