Liam Phelps

Liam Phelps is a seasoned professional in engineering and delivery management with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Octopus Deploy since February 2022, Liam previously held positions such as Director of Delivery and Software Development Manager at Maropost, and Senior Consultant at Elabor8. With a long tenure at Optus from 2005 to 2017, roles included Continuous Improvement Manager, Manager of Service Delivery, and Fixed Enterprise Business Stream Manager, among others. Liam's career has focused on fostering forward-thinking and adaptive practices, notably leveraging Agile Scrum methodologies for process improvements and customer engagement initiatives.
