Nadine MacDonald

Nadine MacDonald currently serves as the Global Director for People & Culture with a focus on JEDI, Talent, and Capability at Octopus Deploy. Previous roles include HR Consulting Leader at Microsoft, overseeing HR Solutions at Scale, Diversity & Inclusion, and Employee Experience, as well as Regional and Country HR Lead positions addressing Talent, Diversity, and HR Business Partnerships. Additionally, Nadine was the Human Resources Director for South East Asia at Robert Walters and held various HR roles at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, including Organisational Development Manager and Human Resources Manager for National Sales. Nadine has an educational background from CIT in Christchurch, New Zealand, and Massey University.
