Arthur Downing

Arthur Downing currently serves as Strategy Director at Octopus Energy and as an advisor and angel investor at VOLTQUANT. Previously, Downing held the position of Director of Strategy and Regulation at National Gas Transmission and worked as a Principal at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where a focus was on electricity network strategy, operations, and regulation.
