Britt Kay

Britt Kay is a skilled People Systems Specialist at Octopus Energy since October 2023, following a role as People Partner at Pod Point Ltd. from September 2021 to November 2023. At Pod Point, Britt served as an HR Business Partner for the Operations function, focusing on people-centered initiatives, HRIS implementation, coaching and development, and managing projects in a high-growth environment.
