Corey James

Corey James is an accomplished Operations Outsource Manager at Octopus Energy since February 2021, where responsibilities include managing outsourced projects, fostering partner relationships, and enhancing customer service. Previously, Corey led the Billing Skills Academy, revamping course frameworks and improving administrative processes. As the Founder of Pawz Outdoorz from September 2016 to March 2023, Corey developed a comprehensive range of pet services and implemented training programs for pet owners. Prior experience includes roles at Royal Mail as an International Conveyance Administrator and as an Apprentice in Central Functions Finance Analyst Support, demonstrating strong analytical skills and expertise in supplier management and administrative tasks.
