Jasmin Blum

Jasmin Blum is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruitment and team leadership. Currently serving as Team Lead for Talent Attraction at Octopus Energy since December 2024, Jasmin previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at lemon.markets, where responsibilities included managing all aspects of talent acquisition as the first TA person. Prior roles include Tech Sourcer at N26, where contributions supported a rapidly growing fintech, and Consultant for Fintech European Markets at Mason Alexander, focusing on scaling talent in Germany and Ireland. Additional experience encompasses various recruitment roles in IT and backend recruitment, alongside earlier positions in education and market research. Jasmin holds a degree from the University of Kassel and has also studied at Umeå University.
