Jess Grey

Jess Grey is an accomplished Executive Assistant with extensive experience supporting senior executives across various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the COO and Global Director of Operations at Octopus Energy since January 2023, Jess has also held roles as Executive Assistant to the Global Head of Business Development and CEO at Kraken during 2023 and 2024, respectively. Prior to Octopus Energy, Jess worked at Let's Do This as an Executive Assistant to Co-Founders, at Pollen as EA to the Chief People Officer, and at McKinsey & Company in a similar capacity. With earlier roles including Personal Assistant at YSC Consulting and Investment Team Assistant at Investec Asset Management, Jess combines strong organizational skills with a solid educational foundation in Psychology from the University of Kent.
