Josie Alderman

Josie Alderman is a Senior Talent Partner at Kraken Tech since July 2022, leveraging extensive recruitment expertise gained through previous roles. From December 2020 to June 2022, Josie served as an Organiser for CodeHers in London, fostering a community for women in coding and software development. Prior to that, Josie worked as a Consultant at Oliver Bernard, specializing in Python and Java recruitment. Josie's earlier experience includes positions as a Social Media Officer for Team Durham, a Research Assistant at the Sport and Recreation Alliance, and a Sports Journalism Intern at Three and In. Josie holds a degree in Sport, Exercise and Physical Activity from Durham University.
