Kylea Pooler serves as the Talent Lead at Octopus Energy, where responsibilities include scaling operations for Octopus Energy and Kraken Technologies in the US since August 2021. Previously, Kylea gained valuable experience as a Senior Consultant at Energy Careers from May 2019 to August 2021 and held various positions at Pinnacle Advanced Reliability Technologies, including Human Resources Business Partner and Corporate Recruiter from 2016 to 2019. Earlier career experience includes working as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems from 2013 to 2016. Kylea holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
