Poppy Gooch

Poppy Gooch is an experienced project and operations manager currently working at Octopus Energy since June 2023, overseeing the smart programme, managing enrolment and adoption into the DCC, and addressing issues with uncertified meters. Prior to this role, Poppy worked at Bulb from March 2020 to June 2023, serving in various positions including Operations Manager for the Smart Portfolio Health, where responsibilities included managing the transition of SMETs1 secure meters and coordinating communications with customers. Additional experience includes a role as Energy Specialist at EDF Energy, as well as customer service and reception positions at TOTO Energy Ltd., Freedom Leisure, and Serco. Poppy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Photography from the University of Brighton and completed education at Highworth Grammar School.
