Carol Willcocks

Carol Willcocks has a diverse range of work experience. Carol currently works as a Retail Strategy Lead at Octopus Investments, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Finance Director at ITALICUS - Rosolio di Bergamotto from 2018 to 2022. Carol also held various roles at Tandem Bank, including Commercial Business Partner from 2017 to 2018, and Finance Manager from 2015 to 2017. Before Tandem Bank, they worked at Bacardi as a Global Category Finance & Strategy Manager from 2015 to 2015, and as a Global Finance Analyst from 2013 to 2015. Carol also had a temporary position as a Secondment at Tesco, where they worked on operational strategy in the end-to-end supply chain from 2012 to 2013. Their earlier experience includes roles at KPMG, where they were an Associate in the Strategy Group & Transaction Services from 2011 to 2013, and an Analyst in Transaction Services from 2008 to 2011.

Carol Willcocks earned their Master's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Bath from 2003 to 2007. Carol also obtained an ACA degree from ICAEW, although the duration is not provided.
