Joe Hearns

Joe Hearns is an experienced professional in the music and charity sectors. Currently a member of the charity partnerships team at Octopus Legacy since November 2022, Joe specializes in end-of-life planning. As the founder and lead vocalist of Scustin, ongoing since January 2018, Joe oversees marketing, social media, tour booking, event management, sales, cold calling, and digital design. Additionally, as the founder of Guerilla Gigs since January 2017, Joe engages in booking and programming, marketing, social media, contract negotiation, and event management. Previous roles include freelance data entry and business administration at Toys at Foys, front-of-house staff at Platform Pizza Bar, and production manager at The Harbour Bar, where Joe managed over 200 live music events annually. Joe holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from Technological University Dublin and a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Modern Music from BIMM University.
