Lauren James

Lauren James is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and growth management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Growth Operations Manager at Octopus Money since June 2021, Lauren previously held the position of Head of Operations, UK at Good Monday from March to December 2020. Prior roles include Operations Associate, Partnerships Executive, and Sales Associate at elder HQ between December 2017 and February 2020 and a range of positions at Revolution Bars Group PLC from September 2011 to March 2015, culminating in the role of Assistant Manager. Lauren also worked as an Account Manager at 4MAT Recruitment Marketing and a Senior Consultant at ITR Partners Ltd. Additionally, Lauren spent time traveling across Asia and Central and South America before embarking on the career path.
