Abigail Mulhern

Abigail Mulhern currently serves as Sr. Manager of Growth & Operations at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Mulhern was the Director of Integrated Services at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System, from December 2021 to March 2024. Mulhern's experience also includes serving as Program Director and Program Manager in Operations and Operational Excellence at Kaiser Permanente between April 2018 and December 2021. Additionally, Mulhern spent nearly a decade in various nursing roles at the US Navy, including Clinic Manager and Charge Nurse. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villanova University and a Master of Science in Health Administration from Saint Joseph's University.
