Brad Padfield

Brad Padfield has extensive experience in the telecom industry, currently serving as Project Manager and Design & Planning Manager at OCU since June 2018, focusing on multiple fibre network projects. Prior to this, Brad held positions at Blue Clarity Design Services Ltd. as a Fibre Planner and Network Designer, where responsibilities included leading a national planning and surveying team for major suppliers. Brad's earlier experience includes serving as an Infantry Soldier with the British Army, a Customer Site Planner at Colt Technology Services, and various roles at Data Techniques, culminating in managing a team of engineers. Brad began an electrical apprenticeship at WG&R UK Limited and completed education at Caterham High School.
